TEAM BIOS
Bryan Luce – CEO
Bryan relocated to Palm Beach County in 2020 from the Gulf Coast to lead Island Home & Estate Management. Bryan has a passion for the excitement and challenges of home and estate management. His background in entrepreneurship includes a unique blend of business investing and operations. Bryan holds an MBA from Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Brian Goodale – General Manager
Brian is over daily operations of Island Home and Estate Management and leads with a complete focus on customer service and quality. Before entering the property management industry Brian was a Regional Leader in the grocery business for 20 years. While serving in that role, on his days off, Brian would frequently assist Island Home and Estate Management during “season.” Through that experience his interest in home & estate management grew to a point where he chose to change careers and join the Island Home and Estate Management team as General Manager. Brian resides in Hobe Sound with his wife Tracy Goodale (our Housekeeping Division Manager) and his two children Gavin & Mackenzie. He also loves remaining active and enjoying everything that Florida has to offer.
Heather Konger – Controller
Heather’s diverse accounting background spans property management, business ownership in the wireless retail sector, and fiber optic telecommunications. She is also a proud veteran, having served seven years in the United States Air Force, where she developed the discipline and leadership that continue to guide her today. Heather earned her MBA from Florida Atlantic University and now balances her professional life with her most cherished role as a mother. When she’s not spending time with her daughter, she dedicates her energy to advocating for Florida’s abused, neglected, and abandoned children as a certified volunteer with the Florida Guardian ad Litem program.
Tracy Goodale – Housekeeping Division Manager
Tracy has been in the private service sector for over two decades. Her deep passion for interior home management and organization led her to found her own high-end housekeeping company in Vermont. Seeking the southeast Florida lifestyle she relocated to Hobe Sound in 2019 and has been with Island Home and Estate Management since. She oversees our seasoned team of housekeepers and takes a personalized approach with every home.
Stephanie Rodriguez Operations Coordinator & Office Manager
Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Stephanie brings a warm, solution-oriented mindset to her role as Office Manager and Operations Coordinator at Island Home. She plays a key part in day-to-day operations, coordinating communications and ensuring seamless execution across all client and vendor touchpoints. With a degree in Business Management and a focus in Entrepreneurship, Stephanie approaches every challenge with initiative, creativity, and a strategic mindset—traits that reflect her entrepreneurial drive and enhance our service delivery.
